Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 am seven (7) day prior to scheduled arrival date (Check in date does not count). A non-refundable cancellation processing fee of $15 will be charged for each cancellation.

Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. We DO NOT offer refunds for NARURAL DISASTER, WEATHER, HEALTH or MECHANICAL related instances. Management reserves the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.

 

Cancellation with full refund at 7 days (Check in date does not COUNT) in advance of your date of arrival day, (Excepted $15), 50% cancellation charge between 2 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival day(Check in date does not COUNT) . No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date (Check in date does not COUNT), including no-show, will result in pre-paid deposit and is non-refundable. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

 

If you must end your reservation date one or more days in advance, or if you are not arrive on time on the reservation date, you must pay in full and no refund be given.

 

Long Term Cancellation Policy (more then five nights): Reservations canceled will forfeit the deposit amount, which is 25% of the deposit.

Reservation Modify Policy:

Modify Fee: Reservation only allow to change twice, $10 fee that apply for each time if you modify your reservation.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a modified reservation, cancellation fees will determine your refund based on the original date of use.
